Our Story
From Workspace to Event Venue
Originally simply an amenity of Office Evolution coworking space, Tampa Terrace was reimagined to bring the waterfront terrace and adjacent meeting rooms into a single, turn-key event venue at The Pointe on Harbour Island, in partnership with aVenue Event Group, and launched as a dedicated brand in 2026.
